1) Call to order/welcome (5 minutes)
2) Guest speaker: City Manager, Lamont Ewell (15 minutes)
Q&A (10 minutes)
3) Discussion of Santa Monica’s General Plan (LUCE) revisions and how they might impact neighborhood development and density.
-Panel introductions (5 minutes)
-LUCE overview presented by Planning Department representative, Liz Bar-El (10 minutes).
-Dennis Woods, Transportation Planner for the City of West Hollywood (7 minutes)
-Geraldine Kennedy, former Santa Monica Planning Commissioner (7 minutes)
-Councilmember, Kevin McKeown, will discuss the upcoming “Anderson Initiative” and how it might impact our plans for responsible City development (10 minutes).

9) Rules of the Day:
a) The meeting will be conducted by parliamentary procedure.
b) Only Wilmont members and invited guests will be recognized to speak.
c) Pursuant to the Wilmont Bylaws, only members of Wilmont will be allowed to vote.
d) Statements will be limited to 2 minutes per person.
e) Debate on a subject shall be limited to 2 persons speaking in favor of a motion and 2 persons speaking against a motion. Debate on any question shall not exceed the time allotted for such topic, but may be extended at the discretion of the Chair. A maximum of 2 amendments will be permitted on any resolution; debate on an amendment will be limited to one person on each side.
f) For presentations, there will be a limit to 3 questions and/or comments. Further questions/comments may be addressed privately.
g) The Chair will decide all questions of procedure. A decision of the Chair may be overruled by a two-thirds majority of those voting.
