-Tonight’s meeting will focus on group business and community outreach. We’ll begin by discussing what Wilmont’s goals should be for the upcoming year. We’ll examine the balances in our bank accounts and talk about how those monies can best be used to serve our residents. This meeting will not only be about the specific activities we’d like to pursue, but will address the steps we can take to accomplish those goals. We’ll decide what tasks are most important and assign individuals areas of responsibility. And lastly, we’ll discuss Wilmont’s declining numbers over the last year and talk about ways to re-invigorate our membership. Come prepared with ideas!
